A dedicated web experience for your guests to learn about your event and purchase tickets.

Design of an informational webpage from which your guests can learn about your event, donate to your cause, and book their tickets.

You can use one of our fully functional templates or let us create a bespoke web page for you. Everything from the domain name (www.your-event.com) to the site can be white labeled to boost the brand recognition of your event and organization. As standard we will help you create a seating chart based on your venue layout so guests can select the exact seat they want.

As standard your site and ticketing will be hosted on our website (www.lesaveventportal.com/your-event-ticketshowever we are happy to create a custom, completely white labeled, website for your guests complete with your own custom domain registration (www.your-event-tickets.com). Your site and domain can be used time and time again and can even let us host different events all from one place.

 

On Site Ticket Manager

When its time for event day, we will provide a Ticket Manager that will lead the check in of all your attendees with the help of your staff, answer any questions, and deal with any ticketing discrepancies. They will also lead labeling of seats and sections to avoid any confusion for your guests or staff.

Custom Designed Seat and Section Labels

For theatrical events (and beyond!) we will provide you custom designed and printed labels to make it easy for guests to find their seat, easing the burden of ushers and event organizers.

Email and Text Marketing

Once guests have registered and purchased their tickets they will receive appropriate emails reminding them of important event details. We can also ingest your contacts from previous events to send them email and text blasts regarding upcoming events. These communications have a proven record of boosting event sales with very little back end effort.

Check-In Kiosks and Computers

We will provide you either ground standing kiosks, desktop kiosks, or portable computers to allow your ushers to easily scan tickets, manually check in guests and cross reference tickets, or sell 'at the door' tickets.
